Can I Customize the Plans? 

Our plans are intentionally designed to minimize the need for customization, however customization is an option exclusively open to builders and contractors seeking to license our plans for multiple uses. Feel free to reach out for more information.

 

What if I Encounter Site-Specific Challenges? 

Every site is unique, and challenges may arise. We recommend involving a local architect, drafter, and/or engineer who understands the site conditions and can adapt the CAD file that comes with each BLAQ House® set of plans accordingly

 

What's the Refund Policy? 

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after purchase.

Is Duplication or Reselling Allowed?

Our plans are primarily intended for personal residential use. If you're interested in using them for commercial purposes, such as building multiple homes, please contact us to explore licensing options. The purchase of our house plans grants you a single-use license. Duplication, resale, or redistribution of the plans is strictly prohibited and is protected by copyright law.

What Size Lots Are Suitable for Building?

Our plans are tailored for various lot sizes. The majority of our designs comfortably fit on a standard 50 x 100 lot. For specific lot size requirements, explore individual plan details.

Do You Provide Construction Support?
